After your application is submitted and a tour is completed, the Administrator will review all information and determine admission eligibility based on care needs, compatibility, and availability.

Completion of an application does not guarantee admission. Final acceptance is determined after review and assessment to ensure Harmony House is the right fit for both the resident and our home community.

If all beds are currently occupied, qualified applicants will be placed on our waitlist. You will be notified of your position on the waitlist and contacted as availability approaches.
