Our Team

At Harmony House, our team is made up of experienced, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care in a home-like setting. We believe that meaningful relationships and genuine kindness are just as important as clinical knowledge. Every member of our team plays an important role in creating the safe, peaceful, and welcoming environment our residents deserve.

Raven

Raven is our Lead Caregiver and Administrator’s Designee at Harmony House. She plays an important role in supporting the team and helping ensure residents receive attentive, compassionate care each day. Raven is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work with a special interest in end-of-life care and is deeply passionate about creating a higher standard of care for elders.

Raven has lived in Alaska for over 12 years and loves spending time outdoors hiking and paddle boarding. She also enjoys yoga, playing the piano, and spending time with her dog. Raven is excited to be part of the Harmony House team and looks forward to helping create a place that truly feels like home for residents and families.

Lead Caregiver

Izzabella

Izzabella is a caring member of the Harmony House team who enjoys bringing kindness and thoughtfulness to the residents she serves. She is passionate about helping create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable, valued, and cared for each day.

Outside of Harmony House, Izzabella enjoys baking, hiking, crafting, and creating thoughtful gifts for others. She also loves volunteering and spending time with her family and friends. Her generous spirit and love for helping others make her a wonderful part of the Harmony House family.

Caregiver
House Assistant

Olivia

Olivia is our youngest team member at Harmony House and serves as a House Assistant. As a student, she balances school with helping around the home and bringing positive energy to the team. Olivia enjoys spending time with residents, helping with small tasks, and being part of the warm, family atmosphere that makes Harmony House special.

Outside of Harmony House, Olivia is an amazing athlete who loves soccer, hiking in the mountains, and traveling. Her upbeat personality and willingness to help wherever needed make her a wonderful addition to the Harmony House family.

CNA

Sara

Sara is one of our compassionate CNAs at Harmony House and is also currently a nursing student. She is passionate about helping elders feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their daily lives. Sara looks forward to building meaningful relationships with residents and being part of the team that creates a warm, loving home.

Outside of work and school, Sara enjoys staying active. Some of her favorite hobbies include dirt biking, bike rides and spin classes, working out at Bia Women’s Fitness, and spending time with her dog, Marley.

Caregiver

Arteya

Arteya is a compassionate caregiver at Harmony House who brings warmth, kindness, and a deep respect for elders to her work each day. She feels honored to care for the elders in our community and values the opportunity to learn from the wisdom and life experiences they share.

Arteya truly embodies the spirit of Alaska. She loves her family, her faith, and the great outdoors. When she’s not at Harmony House, you can often find her hunting, fishing, spending time at her family’s cabin at the base of Mount Susitna, snowboarding at Hatcher Pass, or curled up with a good book.

Her caring nature and appreciation for meaningful connection make her a wonderful part of the Harmony House family.

CNA

Haley

Haley is a Certified Nursing Assistant and a nursing student who is passionate about caring for others. Born and raised in Alaska, she loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling whenever she can. Haley also has a German Shepherd named Ruger who keeps her busy and active.

Haley is excited to be part of the Harmony House team and is dedicated to helping create a place where residents feel happy, comfortable, and truly cared for. Her compassion and commitment to healthcare make her a wonderful part of the Harmony House family.

Administrator/ Registered Nurse

Kayla

Kayla is the Administrator of Harmony House. As a Registered Nurse, she founded Harmony House with a vision of creating a higher standard of care in a warm, home-like environment where elders are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. She works closely with the care team to ensure residents receive thoughtful, personalized care and that families feel confident their loved ones are in good hands.

Outside of Harmony House, Kayla is a wife and proud mother of five. She is deeply involved in the fitness industry and enjoys lifting weights, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family and their two yellow labs. Kayla loves challenging herself, whether in business, fitness, or life, and brings that same dedication and heart to the community she is building at Harmony House.
